Elsie Ramsey is a writer, healthcare communications consultant, and founder of Bigger Than Depression, a mental health storytelling platform that uses personal narrative to reduce stigma and foster connection. She holds an MA in Communication from Johns Hopkins University and has worked across healthcare innovation, mental health advocacy, nonprofit management, and media. Her work explores the power of storytelling to change how we understand ourselves, one another, and the experiences that shape our lives.
